“Most people look at a market and see a fixed pie — fight for your slice or lose it. I look at a market and see a garden. With the right systems, the right data, and the right care, it grows.”

I'm not interested in building AI for AI's sake. I'm interested in making it work — practically, measurably — for small and mid-size businesses that don't have a team of engineers on payroll. That's the work that matters.

I don't pick a lane. ERP, eCommerce, accounting, marketing, cybersecurity, AI — I build the road. Not the whole road. Your road. The one that connects every system, every dataset, and every team in your business into something that actually works together.

And then I put autonomous agents on it — AI systems with perfect memory and full context of your business, running 24/7, relentlessly pursuing your objectives while you focus on what only a human can do.

Background

I've spent 20+ years building, scaling, and operating businesses from the inside — not as a consultant who flies in with a slide deck, but as the person who sits in the chair and makes things work.

CMO — Precious Metals & Numismatic Dealer

Current

Chief Marketing Officer overseeing multi-channel strategy, enterprise dashboard and business intelligence development, migration from legacy software to modern systems, and AI agent deployment across operations. Built the data infrastructure connecting ERP, eCommerce, accounting, and marketing into a unified intelligence layer.

President — Safe Harbor Computers

12 years

Grew the company from $1 million to over $14.4 million in revenue. Strategically acquired competitor ADK Media. Built and sold turnkey PC workstations for professional video editing, streaming, and media production — hardware and software, configured to spec. Managed the full operation: sales, marketing, supply chain, vendor relationships, and technical support.

Real Estate & Complex Sales

Deal-making and complex sales processes across real estate transactions. Negotiation, financial structuring, and closing — the kind of work where every detail in the contract matters and relationships are everything.

Academia

Lecturer of Real Estate Finance at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Accounting Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College. Teaching sharpens thinking — if you can explain financial concepts to a room of undergrads, you can explain margin methodology to a CEO.

That range — from teaching accounting fundamentals to acquiring companies to building AI systems — is what makes this work possible. I don't just understand the technology. I understand the business the technology is supposed to serve.

What I Actually Do

I build autonomous AI agent systems for small and mid-size businesses. These aren't chatbots. They're production-grade systems that monitor your operations, analyze your data, and take action on your behalf — 24/7, with perfect memory of your business context.

But the AI is only as good as the foundation underneath it. That's why I start with the infrastructure: ERP configuration, data integrity, system integrations, security hardening. You can't automate a broken process — you just break it faster.

I'm the person who understands both the business side and the technical side deeply enough to bridge the gap. I can have a conversation with your CFO about margin methodology in the morning and write the API integration that automates it in the afternoon.

How I Think About This Work

Fix the foundation first.

The flashiest AI in the world is useless if your data is wrong. I always start with the boring stuff — clean data, working integrations, reliable processes. Then we automate.

Build for the business owner, not the engineer.

If you can't understand what the system does, I haven't done my job. Every dashboard, every report, every agent action should make sense to the person running the business — not just the person who built it.

Local and secure by default.

Your business data stays on your infrastructure. I don't believe in uploading sensitive financials, customer lists, and competitive strategies to shared cloud platforms. Your agents, your data, your control.

Agents should earn their keep.

I don't build AI to impress people. Every agent in a system needs to justify its existence with measurable value — time saved, revenue recovered, errors caught, opportunities surfaced. If it doesn't move a number, it gets cut.

Markets are gardens, not pies.

I don't help companies fight over market share. I help them grow their market. Better data, better decisions, better customer experience — the pie gets bigger when you water the garden.
